The strict use of only milk from our own herd of 50 Holstein and Jersey cows defines the quality and freshness of the milk used in processing specialty Foxhill products. A small herd allows us to pay strict attention to the quality forage fed to our cows and to the production of clean, pure milk that is drug and hormone-free.
